Join The Raffia Kat for a fun and creative fibre jewellery workshop where you’ll stitch your own lightweight raffia earrings.
Bring your design to life by dip-dyeing your unique raffia coils in vibrant colours, and adorn on handcrafted Argentium silver, gemstone hooks.
You will feel so proud to wear your raffia art on a daily basis!
Workshop details:
-Earrings can be fiddley. To help out, I will start the tiny centre coils for you. This way you can then continue to stitch away!
-I will also provide written instructions, a needle, and some spare raffia so that you can have a go from scratch at home.
-we will use natural raffia (undyed) to stitch and then dip them in dye at the end of class.
DIY Raffia basket coiling kits, raffia and earrings will be available on the day.
